Normally I don’t focus on interest rates as I have found they are not the primary driver for people to buy houses. But in light of the fact that interest rates are so ridiculously low I thought it was worth sharing. Here is snapshot of interest rates on different loan programs.

10 YEAR FIXED CONV. 3.99 W/ 0 points.
30 YEAR FIXED FHA 4.875 W/ 0 points.
If you are thinking of buying you should definitely keep an eye on the rates and if they start to creep up. It could also be a great time to re-finance your current loan. Either way, good luck!
