9:15I Have a Customer, Now What? Utilizing the ‘Market Update Report.‘ So I have a customer, how do I get them to take action? Look at how you take the market and break it down in bite sized pieces. Demonstrate the difference between the different segments of the market to motivate your customers to want take action…today.
11 Front Line Meeting: We will take a look at how to engage the entire office into high impact activities that generate customers. We will also plan the training offerings for March and recap our activities YTD.
1 New Associate Training: We will look how to conduct an effective Open House and run an effective buyer consultation. We will also make some calls to practice our prospecting.
