People (read: potential future customers) who visit Realtor web sites want very specific things.
According to Bernice Ross, CEP of Real Estate Coach they want the following three items:
1. To search the available inventory.
2. See how much their home is worth.
3. See what is happening in their local market.
That’s it. They don’t want everything and the kitchen sink on a Realtor website. Once upon a time a wise business man said, ‘the customer has all the answers.” All too often Realtors ignore them. As consumers become more sophisticated, Realtors who ignore the consumer, do so at their peril.
